Getting started →

Desktop Applications

All three apps have a free tier. Allego ships with every NeuroNexus DAQ system.

Allego

Real-time acquisition for NeuroNexus DAQ — acquire, measure, and assess signal quality in one pass with Vantage™. Up to 1,024+ channels, live PSTH during recording, and a 3D probe and brain viewer at the rig.

Videre

Analysis, visualization, and curation desktop application. Spike sorting, LFP and spectral analysis, signal-chain construction, native NWB (read & write), and RadiensPy-compatible scripting. Reads Intan, SpikeGLX, Open Ephys, TDT, Plexon, NWB, NeuroNexus XDAT, and common EEG/ECoG formats natively.

RadiensPy

Python client for Radiens. Full GUI↔API parity — every operation available from Allego and Videre is available as a Python call. On PyPI and conda-forge. Free, but requires a license. Standalone or bundled with any app.
