How NeuroNexus collects, uses, and protects information at radiens.ai.
This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information at radiens.ai today. A counsel-reviewed final version will replace it before general availability. Questions in the interim: neuronexus.com/contact.
When you create a Radiens account we collect your name, email address, organization, and the Cognito sub identifier that authenticates your sessions. When you upload recordings we record file-level metadata (recording duration, channel count, RIGOR quality metrics) but never raw signal data — raw recordings remain on your instrument or institutional storage.
We use account metadata to authenticate you, gate tier-licensed features, and contact you about service-affecting issues. We use session metadata to render dashboards and KPI views. We use usage analytics to improve the product and to triage support requests. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Account and session metadata are stored in AWS (US-East and US-West regions). Cognito user pools live in AWS US-East. Analytics events are processed by PostHog (EU). Customers with data-residency requirements should contact sales for institutional agreements.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You may export account-tied session metadata in NWB or JSON. For institutional users, your data-processing agreement (see /terms#dpa) governs additional rights.
