Request for Quote

A request for quote (RFQ) is the purchasing workflow on the NeuroNexus website: the user adds configured products to a quote cart and submits it, and an account executive replies with pricing, availability and lead time.

NeuroNexus products are configured to order: a probe design, a package series and build, a headstage and data acquisition system, and accessories are selected from the catalog and assembled to the specification. The RFQ confirms that the configuration is complete and compatible, for example that the package ↗ connector mates the chosen headstage ↗ and that the headstage is acquired by the chosen data acquisition system ↗, and returns institutional pricing. No payment is processed on the website; the quote is followed by a purchase order. The workflow is browse, configure, add to the quote cart, submit, receive the quote, place the order.
