A Request for Quote (RFQ) is the standard purchasing workflow on the NeuroNexus website, where users add products to a Quote Cart and submit them for pricing, availability, and lead time information from an account executive.

Why it matters: NeuroNexus products are configured to order — probe designs, package types, and accessories are selected from a catalog and assembled per specification. The RFQ process ensures correct configuration and provides institutional pricing.

Workflow: Browse products → configure options → add to Quote Cart → submit RFQ → account executive responds with pricing and availability → purchase order.
